Feel Amazing Every Day?
No? Me neither.
What you won't get here:
Generic life hacks
Pressure to subscribe, upgrade, or buy whatever miracle solution is trending this week
A neatly curated life that makes you wonder why everyone else seems to have their shit together
Perfection, in any form
Figuring it out, together
“Healing” is not a linear or simple process. I don’t believe anyone is ever “fully healed”, especially with the trauma and invisible challenges of being a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman.
Depending on how much trauma you’re carrying, the bigger the knotted ball of wool you have to unravel.
There is no “one fits all” solution and one of the hardest things to accept is: no-matter what bad parenting, shitty life circumstances or trauma brought you to this point, this is where you are right now, and you are certainly not alone in your struggle. Although it often feels that way.
It my hope that by being here you will feel less alone, less misunderstood and, with time, like a part of a community.
My aim is to share my own story and journey of self-awareness (the good, the bad, the ugly and the downright embarrassing) and share resources that have helped me, even if temporarily, and things that have made things harder.
It will always be my intention to leave you feeling a little more seen and a little more hopeful than when you arrived.
Just so you know, I’m telling you all the things I have learned, and am still trying (very hard) to figure out myself, pretty much on my own.
